Method of Payment :
- Payment notification including all payment details and instruction will be provided to delegates once the registration form is received.
- Host only take the final payment as the legal registration. Participants should pay onsite by cash or credit card if his/her registered date is less than two weeks before the forum.
- Any banking charges fee occurred during arrange payment process should be paid by participants themselves.
Terms and Conditions:
Registration includes: conference sessions, networking luncheons and conference receptions.
Simultaneous translation from Mandarin to English (and vice versa) for all CHIC sessions will be
provided by professional translators. Travel and lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of
the delegate and not included in the registration fee. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you upon
receipt of your registration information. Contact information you provide may be shared with other
conference attendees and sponsors to facilitate networking and building professional relationships,
and to inform you about the conference. The host/organiser may use your contact details to advise you
of other events and related information. Please contact us in writing if you do not want this information
shared. All participants must wear their name badge at all programmes/functions held in conjunction
with CHIC. CHIC management reserves the right to qualify all registrants and allow or prohibit anyone
from attending this event. Topics, speakers, agenda, networking and other conference events are
subject to change without notice.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation requests are by written request from the delegate only and apply to the policy in effect
on the date the notification is received by the CHIC Registration Department. Cancellation requests
must be received by 21 February 2012, and are refundable less a USD300 per person processing fee.
Cancellations received after 21 February 2012, are non-refundable. Registrations are transferable to
other persons interested in attending this event only (CHIC – 18-20 April 2012), with written notice
from the delegate. Should any balance remain unpaid, the purchaser agrees to pay costs incurred for
collection. If any part or all of the conference is changed or cancelled, the conference hosts are not
responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or any other cost. Refunds will be issued within sixty (60) days
after the conference.
